2009 KVKL Registration Begins!

Another fine season of Kaw Valley Kickball is just around the bend and it’s time to reserve your team’s spot. You are receiving this email because you were listed as the captain of your 2008 team. In keeping with tradition, returning teams have first dibs on the following season and it is now up to you to reserve your 2009 spot.
Here are the deadlines that you must follow in order to reserve your team’s spot in 2009:
Returning Teams: Roster Deadline: March 16th Money Deadline: April 1st
New Teams: Roster Deadline April 1st Money (If selected) April 17th
This year, the team registration fee will be $150 per team.
Please don’t miss these deadlines. There are blood thirsty teams chopping at the bit to take your spot.
In prior seasons, the commission has tried to balance the talent level throughout the divisions by pre-season seeding. I’d say we’ve done pretty good, but we’ve made some miscalculations too. Phil had the bright idea to get some feedback from the captains as to how their team is shaping up. So please fill out the part of the registration that speculates how good you’re going to be (No Sandbagging!).
If your team has no intention on playing in the upcoming season, please let me know as soon as possible.

A NEW YEAR of KICKBALL!

It’s time. Time again to start thinking about kickball and the like. The KVKL Board is already making grandiose plans for the betterment of all. I truly hope you believe that. Nick will be contacting you very soon regarding registration and we will follow up with captain meetings in late March or early April. Please contact the KVKL (gradually@hotmail.com) with any questions, comments, suggestions or concerns. In the process of rebuilding a more accurate email list, we have discontinued the use of the previous KVKL gmail address for now.
