Hi there, it’s Mick Cottin. I am now the main contributor on this here KVKL blog. Yeah, I’m as surprised as you are. Chris Ford will be a hard act to follow, but I plan on keeping his basic format, with a minimum of two weekly posts during the regular season (though, I doubt I’ll be able to go into the same depth that he did). I would also like to add a few other random interruptions—I’m thinking a few mini-interviews and op-ed pieces. If you’re interested in submitting an op-ed (and you’re not Paul Santos), just let me know and I’ll be happy to post it. Please bear with me as I find my voice, create a workable blog format, and improve my grammar. I want this to be the place to hang out between Sundays, and your involvement as commentators is integral to this blogs success.
Let’s start off this 2011 KVKL Season with a heated discussion of the rules. What needs to be changed? What worked last year? Should Cougar really be allowed to referee?
