Kaw Valley Kickball League

Rune rule called. Both teams agreed then. Then we realized we fucked up. It is 20 not 15 after an hour. No one cared and both teams packed it in. Oops

Josh ran all 3 bases off a dropped in field pop up and only got tagged at home. Big kick by Will in the 4th (off left fielders fingertips to score 2. Ben's double in 1st inning scored 2 runs! Brendan's double in the 3rd scored 2! Ray with the infield HR in the 4th! Kylee doing a great job moving runners and finding gaps. Ben followed Ray with a Grand Slam!

Nice double dropped by left field for Dalton in 7th. Lovely homer (inside) by Farai in 4th inning.

Great offense both teams- lots of hard line drives/gap kicking. Not much bunting. Asteroid played nine and had a few more big props in outfield but mostly great defense on both sides. Long Game!

T-pulled hammy in 5th, gritty running. Jenn- 2 out RKI in 6th, base running mistake to kill rally. Double play in 7th by Ghosts CF (Tyler) sliding catch then force at 3base or early leave. Brian-2 base RKI single in 2nd with 2 outs. Tierney with 2 out RKI single in 5th Inning. Great play by Drop Stoppers 1st baseman to end game. Would have been a tie game if 1st base did not make the play.

1st leg on Austin 3 run Hr in 1st. 2nd Vaughn 3 run HR. Both of these were in park home runs. 3rd for the first out Nick Lerner kicks ball to 1st base for first out. WOW!

Fun game! Pizza was delivered to the mound there were some alumni players brought back and Josh Davis got an RKI his first kick in many years to bring in 2 runs one of those runs scored by his son Will Davis. Elizabeth also got to play ball tonight with her son Will. Good times were had by all even the refs! R-Bar has a lot of really great players lots of great catches by everyone and their offense is on point Ashley totally burnt our outfield as well as on of their guys can't remember which one, sorry. Ian top of 6th RKI and in the park HR with 2 outs.

Simon HR top of 2nd. Richard with ball bouncing over fence=triple..nice. Santos caught ball with face... threatening with assault charge. Poth captains yielded run rule and elected to keep playing. Santos with 4 triples Post Haus alone has several balls over the fence. Miller nice kick bottom 7. Bryson ate grass. Ali had a great kick between short and rover.

3rd baseman is awesome and real athlete. Super nice. Beavers Brough it. Very impressed. Great game.

Mary at 3rd gets the out of 1st. Missy great hands with the catch. Emily with the double play! Lindsey on base. Austin calls his shot disappoints but gets on base. Beer in hand hurts defense...pitch misses Kicking 6 ladies. Great boot by Morgan, triple. Nicole-great kick over three! Alex home run carries Emily home.. pretty much. Tip drill Jessica to Alex. Morgan great kick but Lindsey with better Cath in left field. Shawn kicks and says "Aw Fuck" again. Steven and Nikki almost share 2nd base.

Kory bounce over the fence for triple in 5th 2 RKIs. Kory home run in the 8th.

Strong start with 3 beautiful bunts. Honorably shutting bunt off in 3rd. Jackie playing well as shit! Great catch by Katie in 3rd for Soda and another in 5th. Beautiful gap by Katie in 6th. Great placement kicks in 8th.

Emilio led off in 6th to a string of great kicks. Rylie perfect bunt in the 4th with 2 outs to advance Kayla and William. Bri great line drive in the 5th for 2 RKI's

Boggs kick 1st for out off bunt.
